“Our company is fresh out of YC and is now looking for our first “real” office space. We’ve been in a co-working space up to now and looking to do a long term lease on a office that is built to our spec in Lower Manhattan. We’re right at the beginning of the process (submitted our first offer today).”
On the Move
Interana just signed a lease for the third floor of the Evernote building in Redwood City. It is 18,000 sq ft and they are hoping to move in mid June. CEO Ann Stimmler Johnson told me:
“Yesterday we choose the designer for the project, a HGTV show designer named Karen McAloon. We don’t have a large budget, but our style is very cozy and homey and she has great low cost ideas for the space.”
Bizible is moving into a 16,700 sq ft space in Seattle’s Pioneer Square neighborhood n the 4th and 5th floor of the Reedo building above Elysian Field’s brewery in Pioneer Square. Cofounder and CEO Aaron Bird tells me:
“We are super excited and fortunate to be moving into one of the coolest spaces in Seattle. With 2 huge outdoor decks with picnic tables and BBQs, 30 ft ceilings, and plenty of space for our growth.”
