According to a regulatory filing Gary Little, Gary Morgenthaler and Rebecca Lynn are raising a new $150M fund in the name ArrowTech Ventures. Between the three of them they sit on the boards of several notable startups including Evernote, MuleSoft, LendingClub, NuoDB and several more.
All three are currently listed as partners at Morgenthaler Ventures and comprise 3/5 of the investment team within the firm’s IT practice. It is unclear whether the new fund will be associated with Morgenthaler Ventures or independent. I have reached out for comment and will update this post with any new information.
